  • General WordPress support (use the WordPress Support Forums)
  • Providing compatibility with older versions of WordPress or dependent plugins

When making a support request please provide a concise 10 word summary of your problem, accompanied by a thorough description of your problem or question. Please make sure that WordPress, your theme, and all of your plugins are running the latest versions available.
